Come and discover the backstage of the Departmental Archives of Côtes-d'Armor. On 22 linear kilometers of shelving lie the documents that make it possible to write the history of our department. From medieval charters of monastic foundations to judgments pronounced by contemporary courts through Napoleonic cadastral plans or photographs on glass plate, you will discover the great diversity of the documents preserved and the challenge of their preservation. Collection, classification, conservation, restoration, digitization, communication and valorisation: we will explain our missions and the functioning of an archive service.
