Arles-sur-Tech, once renowned for its chocolate activity with Cantaloup chocolates, lives this Sunday of the Heritage Days at the time of chocolate. The Cantaloup chocolate factory occupied a good number of Arlésiens before the Aïguat of 1940. The factory, which was located on the bank of the Tech, was completely swept away by the flood. She then moved to Perpignan, where it still exists under the brand name Cémoi. To relive this history of Catalan chocolate, the Town Hall and the Brotherhood of Chocolatiers offer, in Arles-sur-Tech, the chocolate fair. Informations Entry: 2 €.
