The Church o has a rich history and interesting architectural features o has stained glass windows and over 50 monuments o has an organ installed in 1898 o has information in the vicinity of many monuments and windows o has fun treasure hunts for children o has stood in the centre of Monkstown village since 1789 o underwent spectacular and extensive modifications in the 1800s o is very peaceful, restful and calming The Schoolhouse (in the churchyard) o is a Georgian gem in the heart of the village o is one of the oldest and most historic buildings in the village o is recently restored; conserving, restoring and reusing fittings where possible o has an original Victorian wooden floor in the hall o has an example of a period schoolroom o has educational artefacts, memorabilia and photographs of school pupils o has a peaceful walled garden in the old schoolyard The Church is partially wheelchair accessible.
