On the occasion of the European Heritage Days, attend a lecture by local historian Pierre Glaizal on the soldiers of the Senonais in the Russian campaign of Napoleon I. During the Russian campaign of 1812, more than 2,000 men from the Yonne were mobilized by force or on their own, and almost three-quarters of them disappeared without being known what became of them: prisoners, deserters, dead en route.
