• Reception hall/ Exhibition «Evocation du Tour de France: 1950-1970» On the occasion of the departure of the 9th stage of the Tour de France in Chinon on July 13, 2025, the exhibition "Evocation du Tour de France: 1950-1970" took place within the reception hall. Discover a collection of objects related to the Tour de France from the 1950s to the 1970s. Toys, promotional items, clothing, press articles, postcards... Also find the personal effects of the great champion Roger Lévêque, rider from Touraine who won the fourth stage of the Tour de France Le Tréport - Paris in 1951 and wore the yellow jersey for 6 days!
• Ground floor/ Exhibition "Curiosities Chinonaises" Highlighting eclectic pieces from the museum’s collections, selected for their uniqueness and worthy of a cabinet of curiosities. Mingle with objects of astonishing appearance, linked to forgotten practices, or others even more mysterious...
• Floors 2 and 3 / Exhibition "Living between Vienne and Loire" Discover the landscapes of the Loire and Vienne through a tour route that explores the ways of life and activities related to these rivers. If the history of shipping holds a special place in it, contemporary art also allows us to question our relationship with the river and the river, from yesterday to today.
