Aperçu

The archaeological museum of Brocomagus-Brumath, civil capital of the Triboquians, invites you to a journey through the collections of a city in Alsace during the Gallo-Roman era. Located in the heart of Brumath, in the vaulted cellars of the ancient castle of the Hanau-Lichtenberg, built in 1717, the museum houses the result of a long collaboration between archaeologists and the Society for History and Archeology of Brumath and Surroundings (SHABE). The follow-up of the various expansion projects of the city has allowed the uncovering of workshops, thermal baths, public buildings, necropolises, villae, etc. Our friends the reenactors of Leg II Augusta III Coh will offer workshops to lead this visit.
