Discover the rich history and heritage of the medieval garden of Uzès and its two iconic towers: The King’s Tower offers an exceptional panorama of the city and its surroundings. The Bishop’s tower reveals surprising graffiti engraved in stone, silent witnesses of his past. The former cells evoke the prison history of this emotionally charged place. At the heart of the garden, more than 450 plant species of medieval inspiration await you, recalling the medicinal, culinary and tinctorial uses of plants in the Middle Ages. Guided tours from 14h to 18h. Informations Free admission to the medieval garden and its towers on Saturday, September 20 and Sunday, September 21\. Access to the king’s tower, panorama: 2€. Departure of guided tours: from 2 PM to 6 PM (Saturday and Sunday).
