Exhibition of 8 creators, they have put down their suitcases for the summer in the garden of the old village school "Le thoureil" on the banks of the Loire. The association "parcours Croisés" is pleased to welcome in its new contemporary art space, in the former accommodation of the teacher of the public school of Thoureil. A small collective of artists now animates this place, its garden and its courtyard in connection with local actors. It is a place of exchange, creation, and conviviality. The desire is to revive this place steeped in history, of transmission of knowledge by offering workshops, exhibitions, residences. Place of positive initiatives, it will be about developing projects in connection with local actors for a fertile territory. The recreation opened its doors on Thursday, May 18 and many are those to discover this new place dedicated to art. 8 artists of the territory have settled their suitcases and it will be possible to discover small formats (painting, weaving, engravings, stained glass, sculptures) in the magnificent garden. Paintings, engravings, sculptures, weavings, ceramics are displayed in their suitcases in the garden.
