Artist’s workshop – Portraits of history and Poitevin creations

🎨 Self-guided tour of the workshop, Grand-Rue, close to Notre-Dame Immerse yourself in the world of a Poitou artist and discover a selection of drawings and paintings honoring emblematic figures such as Aliénor d'Aquitaine, Joan of Arc, François Rabelais, Camille Claudel... ✏️ Made in pencil, charcoal, sanguine, pastel, gouache, or oil on canvas and wood panel, these works translate an instinctive art, where the hand precedes thought, without recourse to engineering, in a free and living gesture. 🖼️ About a hundred works are currently on display, and new variations will be unveiled for the occasion.
