🎨 The Caladesques – 3rd edition

Organized by the Collective of Assadins artists, this open-air exhibition showcases paintings, drawings and photographs in the medieval setting of the streets of Les Casernes and La Calade, as well as in several adjacent private gardens, on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 September. 19 artists from Assas, Hérault and the Pyrénées-Orientales present their works in an eclectic atmosphere ranging from figurative to manga, from surrealism to abstraction, from travel portraits to scenes of life. 📜 Poetry and wandering The association Jeu de mots SBS accompanies this artistic journey with a series of poems inspired by the exhibited works, recited during ambulatory readings on the stands. 🎶 Musical moments not to be missed:

• Saturday 20 at 12pm: Vernissage on the square in front of the medieval tower, accompanied by the songs of the Assas Choir.
• Sunday 21 at 12pm: Choral concert on the forecourt of the church with the vocal group Lo Cocut, which performs in Occitan traditional songs full of good humor 🎵 Refreshment on site all weekend, run by Café Pointu and Le Comptoir d'Assas. 📍 In case of bad weather (strong wind or rain), the event will be held in the church Saint-Martial.
