Aperçu

The association Courville Patrimoine invites you to a journey through time, in the heart of the Ardre valley. This unique circuit highlights the Romanesque churches, discreet jewels of local heritage, usually closed to the public. Among them: Saint-Gilles, Courville (and its upper chapel), Arcis-le-Ponsart, Savigny-sur-Ardres, Lagery, Lhéry, Romigny and Poilly. Each building reveals a part of the spiritual and architectural history of the region. The route crosses a bucolic landscape mixing hills, forests, vineyards and meadows. An ideal moment for lovers of Romanesque art, local history or old stones. Informations Proposal of a road circuit on request to the email address E-mail courvillepatrimoine@orange.fr
