Archaeology of the futurities. Sensory journey around the Eiffel footbridge
📍 Immersive Exhibition – Bordeaux, Passerelle Eiffel 🗓️ From September 18 to October 30, 2025 In the heart of Bordeaux, during the renovation work on the Eiffel bridge, an inscription is discovered, engraved on a pillar: “To the children of the waters and the irons, may the passage remain.” These enigmatic words become the starting point of a singular journey, between history, fiction and poetry. This exhibition invites to a sensory and immersive journey, on the traces of invisible memories buried in places. It’s a whole piece of history, both intimate and collective, that resurfaces. Through real and fictional archives, plastic installations and participative devices, the visitor is led to become a conveyor of memory himself. Each gesture, each gaze placed on objects becomes an attempt at transmission. The bridge, the river, the metal, the water... everything here speaks of transformation, erasure and resurgence. "May the passage remain" is both a wish for transmission, a song for the forgotten, and a call to read differently the history of the places we live in. An exhibition mixing artistic installation and historical narration, where real archives mix with fictional creations. It reveals the invisible links between forgotten narratives and our present in transformation. Informations Free.
