A local market will be organized around the framework of a guided tour of the water catchments in the Voulzie water supply area (Vicomté and Bassin springs) by Eau de Paris agents. Committed to protecting the resource alongside numerous farmers, Eau de Paris will offer a market featuring organic and/or local products from Provinois farms within the Voulzie water supply area. Participants will include: Marie-Elisabeth Ravasse, from the "Les p'tites fermes de la Brie" store in Ville-Haute de Provins, a meat and vegetable cannery and local beverages; Maxime Cosson, from the Ferme de Ormurion, organic lentils and oil; Robert Turiot, beekeeper in Fontaine-Fourches.
