The sisters will make you discover the good monastic products, coming from all the monasteries of France. (Honey, Alexion d'Aiguebelle, linden teas, mint, soaps, cards ...). Saint Joseph’s Monastery is the motherhouse of the Benedictines of Jesus Crucified. They follow the Rule of St. Benedict, with some adaptations, because their particularity is to open Benedictine life to sisters affected in their physical health (after-effects of illness, disability). At the priory, you will have the pleasure of discovering the circular church. Be careful to respect the office of Sunday Mass at 11 am and the offices at 3 pm and 3:45 pm. Opposite the church, you will also have the opportunity to discover the ice house of the castle of Brou which dates from the late seventeenth century like the castle and was built by the owners of the castle of Brou-sur-Chantereine.
